Day 11 -Priority (Include People)

What are priorities? Well my thought and since this is my blog, I will write according to my thoughts. I thought that was funny. I know not everyone or possibly no one will agree with this thought. Priorities is probably a list of selfish actions that we think we need to accomplish to be successful for the day or life. Can I ask what priorities are on your list? Are other people on “the list”? I mean if it’s a priority list shouldn't we have someone or a group of people on it? If so does the list shift? Is this list quickly modified if the person or the people get in the way of a personal want or need.

Do we help others? Is that a priority? Sure, all the way up to the point when we would rather do something that would gratify us more at the time. Here is one to think about when it comes to priorities. Have you ever given your word to someone that you would do something. Is your word to that person a priority or do you assume they will understand when you don’t fulfill the commitment. I’m told many times “Chuck, don’t worry I’ll handle that.” I’m still waiting. I know I’m not the best but I try to keep my word as a priority. Possibly prideful but I try to fulfill my commitment to others when I commit. I appreciate others who do too. Here is my question: “God is my word to you my priority?” “Don’t let it slide because I think you have forgotten and forgiving.”
