I’ve been doing some more thinking.
What about the Supernatural?
What about the Natural?
I have a good friend that would always make the comment “The Supernatural is when God’s “Super” meets up with our “natural?”
I don’t think I agree with him anymore. The supernatural that I’m thinking about is not dependant on me. The supernatural with God has and will always exist.
Right?
Once again I realize this engagement with God-thing isn’t about me. God chooses to use humanity. Certainly, he can use anything that is willing to give Him glory. I mean Jesus alluded that the rocks can sing! How is that for the supernatural? It didn’t involve anything in regards to the natural ability of a human. Wait. I just had a moment. Maybe. Just, maybe. If I remove the natural out of the equation then I would see the Super at work.
Let's [re]understand the supernatural character of God. Be careful because the Supernatural could become more natural to you. Can we handle the supernatural things of God? I’m tired of catchy slogans and quick witty comments. I think the supernatural experience is easier than we make it! -chuck

Interesting point. Definition of Supernatural in Latin is "exceeding nature".
In it's simplest terms, supernatural means, "beyond what we are capable of". God created nature, therefore He is beyond it. Just like the chair metaphor. I create a chair because I am more than the chair.
Chairs cannot create other chairs.
Crud... now you've got me thinking deep thoughts.
Chuckie,
Way to go. I like this one man.
You should post more often I enjoy it.
